Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of a 03 KW solar power system at the Taluka Bar Association Johi, Dadu. The District & Sessions Court, Dadu, is procuring this solar system to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability at the judicial complex. The project includes supply and installation of hybrid solar inverters, Tier-1 mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, mounting structures, and all necessary electrical wiring and protection devices. The site is located in Johi, Dadu, Sindh, and requires careful installation to withstand local weather conditions including wind resistance up to 150 km/h.
The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022). Bidders must be registered contractors or suppliers with proven experience and technical capacity. The bid must include a 5% Earnest Money in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Court, Dadu. The technical bid will be opened first, followed by the financial bid of only technically qualified bidders. The successful bidder will provide a one-year warranty and on-site technical support.
