Bidders must possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate (2025-26) and be active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue list for the supply of M.S. Bar. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before December 15, 2025, at 1500 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted.
