Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for a concession to establish and operate a traditional garments and handicraft shop in the International Departure Lounge of Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. The concession is offered on a single stage/two-envelope basis with eligibility criteria emphasizing 80% weightage on technical evaluation. The license period is five years or until the finalization of outsourcing or disturbance by the AIIAP Expansion Project, whichever is earlier. The concession includes a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Tender forms are available upon payment of Rs. 5,000 and submission of CNIC and NTN certificates.
