Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the auction of used engine oil totaling 302,355 liters and dead/unfit stock of lubricants including chain oil, ASPEN 2T fuel, and SAE-85W140 held at various Petroleum Oil and Lubricant Depots of the Army Service Corps across multiple locations. The auction will be conducted at the Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area with quotations to be received by 18 December 2025 at 1000 hours and opened at 1100 hours the same day. Firms must provide a 5% bid security in the form of a cash deposit receipt along with their quotation to be considered valid.
