Tender Description
This tender invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of four branded 1.5 Ton inverter split air conditioners with a cooling capacity of 18,000-21,000 BTU/h at the PTA Zonal Office in Multan. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-2026 and aims to enhance the HVAC infrastructure at the specified location.
Bidders are required to submit their proposals through the PPRA EPAD system by 12th December 2025 at 10:30 AM. The bidding process follows the single stage one envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The bids will be publicly opened at the PTA Headquarters in Islamabad in the presence of bidders' representatives.
