Tender Description
Sialkot Tannery Association (Guarantee) Limited (STAGL) invites sealed bids through E-PADS from eligible contractors for the remaining works of the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) at Sialkot Tannery Zone. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure, requiring submission of separate technical and financial bids via E-PADS.
Bidders must have a valid PEC C-4 license and submit a bid security of Rs. 1,500,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order. The bid amount should include all applicable government taxes. Technical bids will be opened 30 minutes after the bid submission deadline, with financial bids opened subsequently for technically qualified bidders.
