The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites bids from eligible contractors/firms for routine repair and maintenance works including building and road, electrical and mechanical, and painting under a framework/term contract. The scope also includes provision of fire resistant doors along with anti-skid tapes in emergency staircases of the SINES Building and minor works at the same building within the NUST Campus Sector H-12 Islamabad. Bidding documents are available upon payment of a tender fee and must be submitted through the e-Procurement system (EPADS) as per PPRA rules. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and bids will be opened in the presence of the NUST Bid Opening Committee. NUST reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA regulations.
