Tender Description
The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the procurement of industrial/fiber hemp seeds of foreign variety. The procurement is part of the PSDP project focused on cultivation and processing of medicinal and industrial cannabis on experimental fields, along with the establishment of testing and product development facilities in collaboration with Arid Agriculture University.
Bidders must submit electronic bids via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and also provide two hard copies of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes. The delivery location is PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore. Earnest money of Rs. 300,000/- is required in the form of a bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Project Director.
