Interested firms, contractors, and dealers must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with active tax payer lists. Pre-qualification and e-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted by the specified deadline, with manual bids not accepted. The auction will be conducted electronically at NADRA RHO Peshawar.
