Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) intends to hire rental premises for its Sub Zonal Office in Radhan Hyderabad. The premises should have at least 2 to 3 rooms with additional room/storage space, covering a total area of 1500 to 4000 sq.ft. The premises must have sufficient parking area as per BOQ requirements. Interested parties must have legally cleared premises with valid title/ownership documents. The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 20,000 in the form of pay order/demand draft in favor of SSGC is required with the bid submission.
