Tender Description
Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable Chartered Accountancy (CA) firms registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and listed in the category 'A' list of the State Bank of Pakistan. The selected firm will conduct audits for sustainable energy infrastructure projects across Pakistan, ensuring quality control rating from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan (ICAP).
The EOI submission is electronic via E-PADS by 11:00 AM on 16th December 2025. The process follows the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010 and Public Procurement Rules 2004. Detailed instructions and terms of reference are available on the Power Division’s website and E-PADS portal.
