Tender Description
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites authorized ground handling companies to submit proposals for comprehensive ground handling services at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). The contract will cover turnaround rates for various aircraft types including A319, A320, A321, A330, B737, and B777, along with additional services such as business class lounge charges, air starter units, cooling units, GPU, heaters, push back, manpower, towing, protocol services for VVIP passengers, and baggage delivery.
The contract duration is three years with a 60-day exit clause and requires compliance with IATA SGHA 2018 format. Proposals must include certification details, employee information, client recommendations, service level standards, training records, authorization from airport authorities, financial proof, and detailed inventory of ground support equipment. The tender will be opened on a single stage two envelope basis with technical and financial proposals submitted separately.
