Women University, Swabi invites sealed proposals from reputable automobile workshops/firms for pre-qualification to provide repair and maintenance services for university vehicles and generators, including supply of spare parts for the year 2025-26, extendable up to three years. The pre-qualified firms will be eligible to participate in subsequent RFQ processes for technical and financial bids. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the KP-PPRA e-Procurement Portal (EPADS). Firms must have their own workshop, stock, manpower, and expertise, and be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, and KPRA. A bid processing fee and bid security in original hard form are mandatory for proposal acceptance.
