Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for the establishment, operations, and maintenance of a perfumes and cosmetics outlet at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The concession covers shop numbers 10 and 11 with a total area of 546 sq.ft. The license period is five years or until outsourcing finalization, whichever is earlier, with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis. Bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The tender process follows a single stage/two-envelope system, with technical and financial offers submitted separately but within one envelope. Advance income tax will be deducted as per law, and defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible to apply.
