Tender Description
This tender invites bids from contractors, firms, or companies for the repair, renovation, maintenance, and up-gradation works of the Regional Tax Office (RTO) buildings and IRS Officers Colony in Gujranwala. The scope includes civil works such as structural repairs, plastering, flooring, and installation of doors and windows, electrical works including supply and installation of power sockets and lighting, plumbing and sewerage repairs, waterproofing, and interior and exterior finishing works.
The project covers multiple floors of office buildings and residential colony areas with an approximate total area of 74,000 square feet. The contract duration is 90 days from the issuance of the work order, with penalties for delay and provisions for force majeure.
