Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for concession on a single stage / two-envelope basis from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience and sound financial background. The concession involves establishing, operating, and maintaining a hotel reception counter measuring 5x5 = 25 square feet in KCL Shed area of Jinnah Terminal. The license period is five years or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. The concession will be awarded for the specified period with a 10% annual enhancement on cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained.
