The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. The procurement is for spare parts required by the Mechanical (Plant) Section of the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station on a Delivery Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. The contract duration is 120 days. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, procurement methods, evaluation criteria, and other conditions are available on the EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by January 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of PKR 29,500 in the form of CDR is required and must be submitted before the bid closing time.
