The scope includes same-day booking MIS submission, delivery MIS within 3 working days, handling of undelivered shipments, and immediate notification of lost shipments. The courier company will also collect branch-wise security stationery from vendors for delivery to respective branches. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of extension up to three years on mutual agreement. The service provider must ensure timely, secure, and efficient courier services nationwide, including MIS reporting and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
