Tender Description
NUST invites bids from interested contractors/firms for multiple construction and renovation works at its Sector H-12 campus in Islamabad. The scope includes roof treatment of the Main Office Building, provision of cabin/room in P&LP Store, renovation of Hostel Block including waterproofing and joint treatment, and sewerage water diversion.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and comply with eligibility criteria including NTN certification and non-blacklisting. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2001. Technical proposals will be opened on the closing date, with financial proposals opened later for technically qualified bidders.
