This tender invites proposals for the provisioning of services, establishment, and deployment of two fully functional outdoor Digital Learning Pods in Islamabad as part of the Digital Roshni initiative. The pods will serve as community-based digital learning centers equipped with outdoor-grade digital screens, furniture, power backup, internet connectivity, and a centralized Management Information System (MIS) to deliver Urdu-based digital education and awareness content. The scope includes site readiness assessment, design, fabrication, installation, staffing with trained facilitators, maintenance, monitoring and evaluation, community outreach, and sustainability planning. The project duration is 13 months, including 1 month for deployment and 12 months for operations, targeting inclusive digital literacy and empowerment of marginalized groups.
