Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites eligible firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to provide digital and creative campaign services for the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL 11). The procurement will be conducted through an electronic Request for Proposal (RFP) process via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The RFP includes detailed requirements, terms, and conditions. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through EPADS by 11:00 am on 10th December 2025. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
