Applications are invited for pre-qualification of experienced and financially sound mechanical transport contractors for the transportation of JP-8 aviation fuel from PARCO Refinery, Qasba Gujrat to all Pakistan Air Force bases and units. The contractors must have a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy transport fleet management and meet OGRA standards for tanker capacity and safety equipment. The pre-qualification requires submission of detailed company information including ownership, management, vehicle details, safety certifications, HR management system, financial stability, tax compliance, ISO certifications, health and safety systems, and workshop facilities. Preference will be given to companies owning at least 50 HMTs with ISO certification and satellite-based tracking systems.
