Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of galvanized steel zinc coated sheets conforming to JIS G 3302 or EN 10346:2015 standards. The sheets must be freshly rolled, free from defects, and accompanied by mill test certificates detailing mechanical and chemical properties. The delivery period is six months with payment terms of 100% after issuance of CRV following successful inspection and acceptance.
The procurement follows PPRA Rules 2004 and Defence Purchase Procedure & Instructions. Bidders must submit technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes as per the two-envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money and required registration documents must accompany the bid. Inspection will be conducted by the Chief Inspector of Naval Stores (CINS).
