Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) invites bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Taxation Department for providing seating and refreshment services for the convocation event. The procurement includes arrangements to support the convocation ceremony scheduled on December 11, 2025. Tender documents are available from the Deputy Director Procurement or can be downloaded from the BUITEMS website upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Bidders must submit sealed bids supported by a refundable bid security of at least 2% of the total bid value. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the relevant PPRA rules.
