Tender Description
The Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB), Government of Pakistan, intends to acquire a warehouse on a rental basis in Sectors I-9, I-10, or G-12 of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) for the storage of official records, furniture, and related materials.
The procurement will be conducted under the PPRA Rules using a single stage, one envelope procedure. The warehouse must meet specified minimum requirements including covered area, secure premises with CCTV, fire safety systems, and accessibility. The contract duration is initially three years, extendable annually with mutual consent.
