The scope includes data management, bill generation and distribution, revenue collection, dispute resolution, reporting, reconciliation, and legal enforcement support. The contractor will handle billing for approximately 4500 commercial consumers in Zone-04 Afandi Town, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection. Bidders must be licensed, pre-qualified, and demonstrate relevant experience and financial capacity. The contract period is up to 12 months with a fixed price. Bids will be submitted online via E-PADs and opened at the HW&SC Directorate on 31-Dec-2025 at 3:00 PM.
