The National Seed Development Regulatory Authority (NSDRA) invites bids from eligible bidders registered on E-PADS for the provision of general/non-core human resource staff for its office located in Islamabad. The procurement will follow a single stage one envelope bidding procedure adopting the Least Cost Base Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. E-bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Manual submissions will not be entertained.
