Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction of a flyover at Azeempura Intersection along with rehabilitation and widening of the road including roundabout, drainage, and electrification works from Malir River Bridge up to Shama Shopping Centre in Shah Faisal Town, Karachi. The project includes extensive civil works such as road construction, drainage installation, sub-structure and superstructure works, retaining walls, and ancillary works. The electrical scope covers street lighting, power supply, and installation of traffic signs and signals. The contract duration is six months with a penalty clause for delays. The estimated cost of the project is approximately Rs. 1.477 billion.
The tender requires bidders to be registered with PEC in relevant categories, possess valid tax registrations, and meet specified financial and technical qualifications. Bids must be submitted online via the SPPRA e-procurement system by January 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
