Tender Description
The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites competitive bids for the procurement of CLIA Kits (Reagents) for Regional Blood Centres located in Bannu, Mardan, and Kohat for the period 2025-27. The procurement is conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids by the specified deadline, accompanied by a bid security in the form of a CDR. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the relevant rules.
