Tender Description
PHA Foundation Ministry of Housing & Works invites bids for the construction of Category-I houses and related earthwork under Package 2A at PHA-F Residential Peshawar. The procurement is open to bidders registered with PPRA E-PADS and holding valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant specialization codes.
Bidders must submit bids via PPRA E-PADS with original pay orders/demand drafts as bid security. The process follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b).
