The project involves civil works including masonry, plastering, roofing, and finishing using quality construction materials suitable for the local climate and soil conditions in Quetta. Contractors must manage site challenges such as accessibility and material logistics in the region. The work demands adherence to engineering standards and timely completion to support community-managed infrastructure development.
Bidders must have a PEC registration and meet the eligibility criteria including a minimum turnover of PKR 50 million in the last five years, active tax payer status with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and no blacklisting by any Pakistani agency. The firm should have at least 15 years of experience in social mobilization or social sector projects with operational presence in Balochistan. Compliance with FBR/ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory.
The submission deadline is set for 29 January 2026 at 10:30 AM, with electronic bids to be submitted via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM on the EPPS system. The physical address for correspondence is Zarghoon Road, Quetta.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your firm is registered on the BPPRA electronic procurement system and double-check the bid security requirements, as these are often overlooked and can lead to disqualification.
