Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of advanced audio, video, and IT equipment for the Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh located in Karachi. The scope includes high-end audio units such as Bosch central control units, Senhiesser audio systems, and wireless microphones, alongside video switchers, monitors, and Apple computing devices. The equipment will be installed and commissioned at the Secretariat premises on Court Road, Karachi, ensuring enhanced operational capabilities for the assembly's control room and committee rooms. The procurement covers a comprehensive range of items including mixers, converters, laptops, NAS storage, and UPS systems, all sourced from reputable manufacturers to meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Bidders must comply with strict eligibility criteria including registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, a minimum turnover of PKR 100 million, and submission of earnest money equal to 5% of the total bid value.
