The procurement focuses on a variety of specialized items including adhesives, sealants, solvents, tapes, and nitrogen gas, essential for maintenance and operational readiness of aviation equipment. The supply includes both local and imported items with delivery timelines of 30 days for local and 90 days for foreign stores.
The scope covers detailed technical specifications such as brand names, country of origin, and manufacturer certificates. Firms must provide authorization for imported branded items and ensure items meet shelf-life requirements with at least 70% remaining. The depot reserves the right to test and inspect samples before purchase orders are issued. Warranty and maintenance obligations during the warranty period are clearly defined, including rectification or replacement of faulty items within 14 days.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC registration and FBR/ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. Earnest Money Deposit of 5% of the bid amount is mandatory, along with a tender fee of PKR 3,000. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year or blacklisted entities are disqualified. Payment will be made post-acceptance of stores, and late deliveries will attract penalties.
Submission deadline is set for 6 February 2026 at 11:00 hrs, with technical bids opening at 10:30 hrs the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Commercial offers at the main gate of ASD EME, Multan. Participation by authorized representatives is mandatory, and prior written intimation is required if representatives cannot attend the bid opening.
Pro-Tip: Ensure all pages of the quotation bear the firm's stamp and signature, and double-check the packaging standards and shelf-life compliance to avoid rejection during inspection.
