Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors in Dhabeji, Sindh, to undertake the construction of a boundary wall at the KW&SB Pumping Complex. The Karachi Water & Sewerage Board requires a robust boundary wall to secure the land behind the K-II Workshop and in front of the K-III Building, ensuring protection and controlled access to the facility.
The project involves civil works including excavation, masonry, concrete works, and installation of security features. The site is located at the Dhabeji Pumping Station, Tehsil Mirpur Sakro, Dhabeji Town, District Thatta. Contractors should be prepared to manage site challenges such as soil conditions and access constraints while maintaining quality standards.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in the relevant category and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. It is advisable to prepare the Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender requirements. Compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations is mandatory.
The submission deadline is set for the evening of the closing date, with bids to be opened shortly after. Interested parties should submit their sealed bids at the office located at Dhabeji Pumping Station. Ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and properly signed.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the tender advertisement for specific stamp duty and bid security instructions, as these are commonly overlooked and can lead to disqualification.
