Tender Description
This tender invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 for the construction of cement concrete (C.C) paver blocks and drainage systems at Village Ali Bahar, Taluka and District Thatta, Sindh. The Public Health Engineering Division Thatta requires execution of open surface drains, paving block work, and related civil works including excavation, concrete work, brickwork, and pipe laying. The site is located in Thatta district, where the engineering challenges include proper drainage alignment and durable paving to withstand local climatic conditions and soil characteristics.
Contractors must have PEC registration valid through June 2026 with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, and EE-11 for general electrical works. Firms should demonstrate experience with similar water and sewerage projects executed in the last five years, with at least one project valued at 80% of the estimated cost or two projects each at 50%. Financial turnover for the last five years must meet or exceed the project cost. Active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and valid tax payer status are mandatory.
