The projects demand careful planning and execution to address site-specific challenges and maintain security protocols.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A to E and have a valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Only firms on the approved MES contractor list with relevant experience will be considered. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
