Tender Description
This tender invites suppliers and contractors registered with PPRA and active on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List to submit electronic bids for the procurement of civil and electrical items required annually at the Engineering Store of the State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation Islamabad. The procurement covers a wide range of construction materials, electrical fittings, plumbing items, and related accessories essential for maintenance and operational needs in Islamabad.
The scope includes supply of enamel and plastic emulsion paints, various sizes of paint brushes, nails, drawer channels, locks, door closers, ceiling tiles, electrical switches, wires, pipes, valves, mixers, shower sets, and LED lighting fixtures among others. All items must meet the technical specifications and warranty requirements, with manufacturers' local warranty claimable through authorized service centers. Delivery is expected within 30 days of contract award, with all goods to be delivered to the specified site in Islamabad.
Bidders must comply with PEC eligibility criteria, be registered with FBR, and provide bid security of Rs. 45,000. The contract requires a performance security of 5% of the contract price or retention of bid security if contract value is below Rs. 4 million. The warranty period is 180 days with a defect correction period of 3 days. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) regulations.
