Tender Description
Sealed quotations are invited from GST/SST/PEC/Professional-Tax registered firms for provision of FDA approved cochlear implants for Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez. The implants must be compatible with 15 to 30 testable units.
Tender documents can be obtained from Pakistan Navy Hospital PNS Hafeez Islamabad before 25 December 2025. Quotations must reach the Commandant PNS Hafeez Sector E-6 Islamabad by 10 January 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1030 hrs in the presence of bidders. A bank draft/pay order of 2.5% of total cost is required with the tender. The contract will be awarded to the technically qualified and commercially lowest bidder. The Commandant reserves the right to reject any or all quotations with reasons.
