The tender emphasizes adherence to technical specifications, quality control, and timely completion within 12 months.
Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in relevant categories with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, and EE-11 for electrical works. Active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board is mandatory along with a sound financial turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost over the last five years. Submission requires earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost and a tender fee of Rs. 3000. The bid validity period is 90 days.
