These projects include construction of office buildings, boundary walls, foundations, residential flats and quarters, water supply and sewerage renovations, and maintenance of bungalows and control houses. The scope covers diverse civil works such as foundation laying, erecting isolators, constructing Cat-IV flats and quarters, and upgrading water and sewerage systems at grid stations located on Narwala Road, Jhang Road, Khurrianwala, and other sites. Contractors will face engineering challenges related to structural integrity, site accessibility, and adherence to electrical safety standards at high-voltage installations. Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration with the specified specialization codes, be on the active tax payer list (ATL), and provide income tax returns for the last three years. Compliance with Punjab Revenue Authority sales tax registration is mandatory. Contractors should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least half the contract value over the past three years and provide bank statements showing cash or equivalents equal to 10% of the contract value. Successful completion certificates for at least two similar contracts within the last ten years are required.
