Tender Description
Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites eligible contractors registered with EPADS, PEC, KPRA, FBR, and PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP for 2025-26 to submit bids for construction of a masjid and allied works in Masjid-e-Quba Sub-Sector 3B/II Zone-III Regi Model Town Peshawar. The estimated cost is 2.907 million PKR with a bid security of 2% of the engineer cost estimate.
Bids must be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by required documents including earnest money, tender fees, and affidavits regarding blacklisting and litigation status. Bids will be opened on 05/01/2026 at PDA office. The tender follows KPPRA Rules 2014 under a single stage single envelope system with strict compliance to submission and evaluation criteria.
