Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the construction repair of Government Girls Primary School Hassan Abad located in U/C Dinpur, Taluka Thul, District Jacobabad, Sindh. The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Jacobabad requires experienced contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category to undertake civil repair works including dismantling, brickwork, reinforced cement concrete, steel fabrication, roofing, plastering, flooring, painting, and installation of iron grills and chowkats. The site is in Jacobabad, a district prone to climatic challenges, requiring durable construction materials and skilled workmanship to ensure longevity and safety of the school infrastructure.
Bidders must have a valid PEC registration, demonstrate financial capacity with a turnover of at least 80% of the estimated cost, and provide evidence of completed and ongoing similar works. The tender requires submission of a technical bid including detailed schedules, financial statements, and equipment lists. Compliance with Sindh Revenue Board and Federal Board of Revenue regulations, including active taxpayer status and GST registration, is mandatory. The contractor must also submit an affidavit confirming no litigation or blacklisting and ensure bid security in the form of a 5% call deposit.
