Tender Description
This tender invites sealed bids for construction and repair works of residential and non-residential facilities in Hyderabad, Chhor, and Badin Gar for the fiscal year 2025-26 under the supervision of Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad. The scope includes provision, construction, repair, maintenance, and abnormal repair works covering boundary walls, roads, electric, water, and sewerage services at multiple sites.
The works require experienced contractors familiar with civil engineering challenges in Sindh's climate and terrain. The projects involve structural repairs, external services maintenance, and supply works in Hyderabad and adjoining areas. Contractors must ensure quality materials and adherence to engineering standards to meet the operational needs of military facilities.
Contractors should hold a valid PEC registration in the relevant category and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the financial year 2025-26. Tender documents will be issued only to firms with proven experience and satisfactory credentials. Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements is mandatory, including submission of Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as per tender rules.
The submission deadline is set for 14 April 2026 at 1130 hours, with bid opening at 1200 hours the same day. Applications and sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of Commander Military Engineer Services (Army) Hyderabad. Interested contractors may obtain detailed tender documents during office hours.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your technical bid includes a certificate confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments, as this is a common cause for disqualification. Also, double-check the newspaper advertisement for any specific stamp duty or Earnest Money requirements to avoid last-minute hurdles.
