Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-4 or above, be active taxpayers with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and not be blacklisted. The tender requires a minimum five years' experience in similar projects within higher education institutions or large public sector organizations. Financial capability is assessed with a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 75 million over the last five years. Compliance with PEC, FBR, and tax regulations for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory.
Submission of electronic bids through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal is required by the deadline of 16th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the Deputy Director (Procurement), MUET Jamshoro.
