Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals for hiring a CDA-enlisted consultant to assess completed development works at OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V Islamabad. The assignment includes technical assessment, quantification, compliance vetting, reporting, and representation to facilitate redemption of mortgaged plots from CDA. The consultant will conduct site surveys, evaluate infrastructure works including roads, sewerage, water supply, and electrification, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare detailed reports, and assist OPF in coordination with CDA until final redemption. The contract duration is 40 days with possible extensions related to CDA requirements without extra cost.
