Tender Description
This tender notice from Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Parks and Horticulture Department, invites bids for the development and rehabilitation of multiple parks across Karachi. Bidders should have PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, BC-02, or CE-11. Compliance with FBR active taxpayer status and Sindh Revenue Board registration is mandatory. The tender requires submission of audited financial reports, machinery lists, bank statements, and valid NTN certificates. Bids must be submitted through the EPAD system and physically to the department before the deadline.
The submission deadline is 18 March 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Director General Parks & Horticulture Department, KMC, Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi. Tender fees are PKR 5,000 with a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 per scheme.
