Tender Description
The District & Sessions Court, Thatta invites electronically encrypted bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 4 digital kiosks at the District Bar Association and District Court Complex, Thatta. The kiosks include Intel Core i5 processors, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, 24-inch LED touch screens, and come with a one-year comprehensive warranty. Bidders must be registered, experienced, and meet eligibility criteria including tax registration and minimum turnover.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (EPAD) portal by 09:40 AM on 2nd December 2025. Technical proposals will be opened online at 10:10 AM the same day. The contract includes delivery, installation, and demonstration within 30 days of purchase order issuance. The procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a single stage two envelope procedure.
