Tender Description
This opportunity is for a Disease Surveillance Officer (DSO) position under the Health Department Mekran Division in Turbat, Balochistan. The role focuses on medical surveillance and public health monitoring within the district.
The DSO will lead surveillance activities, coordinate outbreak responses, and manage data reporting for the district. The position requires an MBBS/BDS degree recognized by PMDC, with preference for candidates holding MSPH/MPH/FETP qualifications. The officer will be responsible for reviewing surveillance systems, conducting case searches, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of health data.
Candidates must comply with government policies including age limits and contractual terms. The role demands valid PMDC registration and relevant professional experience. Applicants should be aware of the importance of submitting complete documentation including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and passport-size photographs. The position is contractual with no entitlement to regularization but may be extended based on performance.
