Tender Description
This recruitment opportunity in Loralai Division by the Divisional Director Health Services focuses on hiring qualified Diseases Surveillance Officers (DSO) on a contractual basis. The positions are open across multiple districts including Loralai, Duki, Musakhail, and Barkhan, emphasizing the need for medical professionals with MBBS/BDS degrees and preference for those with MSPH/MPH/FETP qualifications.
The DSOs will lead surveillance activities within their districts, acting as the primary accountability point for outbreak response and data management. Their responsibilities include reviewing surveillance systems, conducting active case searches, community engagement, and managing case line-listing and reporting. This role demands a proactive approach to public health challenges in Balochistan's diverse and often challenging terrain.
Candidates must comply with government policies including age limits and contractual terms. The recruitment process requires valid PMDC registration, educational and professional certificates, domicile, CNIC, photographs, and an updated CV. The Divisional Director Health Services ensures adherence to proper channels, including NOCs for government employees, and reserves the right to adjust the number of positions or cancel the process.
Applications must be submitted by the deadline of 25th February 2026, with interviews scheduled for 9th March 2026. Submission can be done personally or via post/courier to the Divisional Director Health Services office in Loralai during working hours.
Pro-Tip: Ensure all documents are attested and complete to avoid disqualification. Pay special attention to the PMDC registration and local domicile certificates, as these are critical for eligibility and often overlooked in hurried applications.
