Tender Description
Islamabad Club invites bids for the fabrication and installation of a tensile shed at the Polo Complex, including removal of old fabric and installation of new PVC-coated polyester fabric with supporting steel structure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by January 2, 2026.
The scope includes removal of damaged tensile fabric, supply and installation of 820 GSM fire-resistant PVC-coated polyester fabric membrane, MS support pipes, and painting of structures. The contract duration is 30 days with a 12-month defect liability period. Eligibility requires PEC registration, tax compliance, and prior similar project experience. Bid security and tender fee are mandatory. Evaluation is based on technical and financial criteria with award to the lowest evaluated bidder.
